On January 22nd, 2025, in Hanoi, the Ministry of Construction held a ceremony to award the Medal for the Cause of Construction to Mr. Hwang SungKwan - a seconded expert of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) at the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management, Ministry of Construction. There were leaders of the Department of International Cooperation, Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management, and representatives of the Korean Embassy to Vietnam at the ceremony. 

The new land price frameworks, introduced under the 2024 Land Law, aim to align land prices with market values, but sudden price hikes in some areas have raised concerns in the real estate sector.
