Southern Vinh Yen new urban Project located in the South of Đầm Vạc Lake, Vinh Phuc Province with area around 446,92 ha under the command of Thanh Tru Commune, Khai Quang Ward; Vinh Yen city; Quat Luu Commune, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province. Project gross investment arround 8.700 billion VN dong by trading credit capital sources, bond issue and enterprise's capital. Scale Phase 1 Project (2010 - 2013) is 194.7 hectares, total investment for technical infrastructure Phase 1 is 3539 billion.
Up to now, DIC Corporation, made the work of drilling geological survey, compensation to clear the ground is 64.5 ha, demining the area of 194.7 ha and improve procedures legal investment. As of December 16, 2009, the total value of DIC have invested in the project is 40 billion VND. Immediately after the groundbreaking project, will DIC bulk build their uniform items technical progress of the project as approved.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony of the project, Vice Minister of Construction Cao Lai Quang asked DIC Corporation focus on the best resources on finance, human resources, equipment to implement and complete projects according to schedule approved, compliance and meet all the legal provisions on investment and construction of the State and the province of Vinh Phuc, construction safety, quality assurance works. Vice Minister Cao Quang also proposed the branches and People's Committee of Vinh Phuc province and Vinh Yen city continued interest, support DIC Corporation jobs in the next, creating favorable conditions for the implementation project to be effective.
On this occasion the groundbreaking ceremony of the project, DIC Corporation has contributed $ 1 billion VND for the Fund for the Poor of Vinh Phuc province and 300 million VND funding for the organization of the 110th anniversary of the city of Vinh Yen.
